SPEAKERS


  • Scott Lelacheur

    Scott LeLaCheur has been ministering in Spirit-empowered ministry since graduating from Eugene Bible College in 1985. He has served as a youth pastor, evangelist, staff pastor, and then spent 13 years as the Lead Pastor at Zion Christian Church in Troy, Michigan before moving to Los Angeles over ten years ago to become the Lead Pastor of Summit Christian Church in Tujunga, California. Scott and his wife Connie are passionate about building a Spirit-filled, Word-centered church marked by worship, discipleship, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.


    Through decades of diverse ministry assignments—ranging from evangelistic outreach to pastoral leadership—God has given them a unique and seasoned perspective on what He is doing in His Church today. Their ministry flows from a deep love for the local church and a strong belief in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit to equip, heal, and empower believers.


    Scott holds a Masters degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

  • Kara powell

    Kara Powell, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), the founder of the TENx10 Collaboration , and the Chief of Leadership of Leadership Formation at Fuller Theological Seminary. The mission of FYI is to equip diverse leaders and parents so faithful young people can change our world. Named by Christianity Today as one of “50 Women to Watch”, Kara completed her PhD in Practical Theology from Fuller Seminary in 2000, an MDiv from Bethel Theological Seminary in 1994, and a BA degree with Honors from Stanford

    University in 1991. In addition to her roles at Fuller Seminary, Kara is the author or co-author of

  • Kadi cole

    Kadi Cole is a leadership consultant, author, and speaker with over 30 years of experience in organizational development. A former Executive Director at one of America’s largest multi-site churches, she specializes in helping churches and organizations harness the leadership potential of both men and women. Kadi’s innovative and practical approach also equips leaders to navigate challenges and thrive in their calling. 


    She is the author of bestselling books like Developing Female Leaders, Sticky Note Leadership, and Find Your Leadership Voice in 90 Days and recently launched Closing The Leadership Gap, an online course and cohort for Female Church Leaders Kadi loves traveling, visiting her roots in Montana and South Florida,  garage sales, intense Scrabble games, home DIY projects, and potluck dinners with friends. She lives with her family in the Pacific Northwest, and is always reading at least 4 books at a time!
