NOEMI CHAVEZ
Noemi Chavez pastors Revive Church, a multi-site in the greater Los Angeles area and Mexico. She is an international conference speaker and is cofounder of Brave Global, an organization that bridges
relationships with girls that are on probation and in the foster care system and the local church as a
preventative to human trafficking. Noemi also serves as Chair of the Board for Exponential Español, and
serves on the board of Christianity Today. Noemi is committed to raising leaders and bridging
generations to serve the future of the Church and their communities. In her spare time, Noemi enjoys
reading and going on hikes with family and friends.

MICHAEL NORTUNE
Michael is the President of Open Bible Churches. Prior to this Mike served as the founding Pastor of Life
Church in Concord, California where he not only led the church but also was overseer to King’s Valley
Christian School. Mike was the founding director of MOVEMENT, our Open Bible ministry to young adults, and Mike has served as a church planting coach, youth pastor, and conference and camp
speaker. Mike & Julie have been married for 34 years and have six kids.

GARY EMERY
Gary served as the Pacific Open Bible Regional Executive Director for 20 years, also serving on the
National Board of Open Bible. Gary has been a church planter, lead pastor, visionary, and continues to
be a pastor of pastors. Gary serves pastors and leaders through a ministry of coaching he
has developed called “Internal Leadership.” Gary & Joneile have been married and have served the Lord
together for 48 years.

Gary Moreno
Gary is a Pastor, worship leader and church planter. He currently serves as lead pastor of his second church plant, Legacy Church in Liberty Lake Washington. He first planted Solid Rock Church in inner-city Detroit, MI while in his thirties. He then launched Legacy church, in his mid-fifties, which is only meant to encourage that it’s never too late to consider planting a church! Gary loves the church and its leaders and believes it’s the best place to get a front row seat in watching Jesus change lives and rewrite their futures for generations to come! He pastors Legacy with Patty, his wife of nearly 40 years. They have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren.
